Campania region (Directorate General for Cultural Policies and Tourism – UOS Digital Ecosystems for Culture and Tourism) has announced an important turning point for all managers of accommodation facilities and short-term rentals: As of June 3, 2026, the telephone support number for the Sinfonia Turismo SMART portal will no longer be active.

To streamline the resolution of technical issues (such as sending customer movements, arrivals and attendance or integration with management systems via webAPI), the regional support group has established a single email channel.
Requests must be sent exclusively via regular email (not certified email) to the new reference address: supporto.strutturericettive@regione.campania.it.

To prevent the report from being discarded by the automatic sorting system, it is mandatory to structure the email following this precise scheme:

La problem encountered detailed (e.g. synchronization error, failure to display the structure, SPID/CIE access problems);

How does the resolution process work?
The technical support team of the Campania Region will analyze the report and will provide feedback directly via email.
In case the problem is complex and requires further technical or administrative investigation, the regional staff will provide contact the reporter directly to the telephone number entered in the body of the text.

The transmission of data on arrivals and presences is a legal obligation.
