Contemporary hospitality is no longer just reception, but evolves into content and relationship platformThis is the strategic vision carried forward by Aries Group — an independent player of reference in the MICE, leisure and business panorama — which during the recent Milan Art & Design Week has transformed the Quark Hotel Milan in a real creative laboratory.
Through an installation site-specific created in partnership with EvaStomper Studio, the group has gone beyond the traditional hospitality function, transforming common spaces into immersive devices capable of actively communicating with guests.
The sensory experience: when the entrance becomes a narrative
The project focused on the integration of light, movement, and words, transforming the hotel's touchpoints into moments of high emotional impact.
At the entrance: Guests were greeted by a cloud of kinetic light bars, controlled by a generative digital system. The choreographed lights, constantly shifting between rhythms, waves, and geometries, redefined the hotel's threshold no longer as a simple point of transit, but as the first act of an immersive narrative.
In the Hall: The concept evolved into a participatory experience. Here, suspended luminous spheres created a dynamic constellation that, through vertical movement, composed evocative textual sequences. The phrase “WE ARE ALL STARS” It emerged from space, transforming words into visual matter and making the visitor an integral part of the work.
Beyond Aesthetics: Interactive Hospitality
The core of the project lies in its interactive nature: thanks to a dedicated technological system, users had the opportunity to intervene on the behaviour of the installation, customising the movement and intensity of the 40 kinetic elements distributed between the entrance area and the lobby.
With this project, Aries Group confirms its strategic direction: to make its hotels not just places to stay, but true spaces for cultural production.
A business model that looks to the future of the sector, where contemporary design and technology become fundamental assets to generate commitment and offer a memorable and distinctive stay experience.
