The resource will be included in the Marketing and Communication section.
He will be responsible for customer support, supplier contact, projects to maximize customer profits and develop sales strategies/marketing campaigns through various activities:
- Copywriter: excellent managerial writing skills, with experience in drafting texts in digital and hotel contexts (website, blog, OTA, portals, etc.);
- Creation of corporate marketing content;
- Customer contact and assistance in the hotel sector;
- Revenue Management
The ideal figure has experience in the hotel sector (receptionist, host or tourism training).
It is always up to date and attentive to industry news.
Willing to learn and self-taught.
Available and open to group collaboration.
