Tourbo is an emerging startup operating in the tourism sector. It takes the form of a service chatbot able to guide the tourist who arrives in a city in choosing things to do, places to see, events to participate in and places to stay through a network of questions whose answers identify the preferences and tastes of the user. By answering the various questions, the tourist allows the software to select the most suitable options and discard the less suitable ones. It is also possible to choose to live a typical experience of the city you are visiting in the company of a tourber, a member of the “Tourbo Community” who has the necessary and specific skills.
