    The next sessions of the prestigious Master in International Hospitality Management will be held in Rome and Milan.

    Specifically, the training event will take place directly within exclusive 4- and 5-star hotels in the two cities, transforming the hotel environment into a real classroom.

    The Master's program

     

    The training program is designed to cover 15 essential thematic areas for modern hotel management. Particularly, the study plan is divided into four strategic macro-areas:

    1. Financial and operational management: Metrics & Ratios Analysis, Advanced Financial Management and Professional Front Office & Housekeeping Management (including Butler Service).

    2. Marketing, sales and digital strategy: Positioning & Pricing studies, web marketing techniques, and e-distribution channel management.

    3. Food & Beverage and Human Resources: Focus on Ristometrics, Customer Experience through Subliminal-Selling and advanced leadership.

    4. Revenue Management: Advanced techniques for revenue maximization and performance optimization.

    In addition to the classroom experience, a distinctive element of the Master's program is the six-month internship. Thanks to a network of over 1.200 partner companies in 43 countries, participants have access to iconic brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Bulgari.

    IHMA graduates are ready to take on roles such as Hotel Manager, Revenue Manager, or F&B Manager.


    Access to the Master's and professional opportunities

    To secure a place in the classroom, the candidate must follow a meritocratic selection process which includes sending his/her updated Curriculum Vitae via the IHMA official portal. 

    Pass a series of online tests including aptitude and English language tests and a motivational interview, and then proceed with official registration only after confirmation of admission from the Academy.
