A measure of has been envisaged support for the hospitality activities of Campania region.
Among the various support measures for economic recovery, a one-off non-repayable bonus for businesses in the Campania tourism sector.
The post lock down crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has brought Italian businesses to their knees, in particular, the restart has been difficult for businesses in the hospitality sector.
The crisis has especially affected companies in the Campania region, which already experience a competitive gap compared to other European countries.
La reduction in revenues and the many expenses to comply with security measures have further burdened them.
This is why, in parallel with other support measures arranged by the Campania region, a one-off bonus for businesses in the tourism sector.
The bonus is aimed at supporting the tourism sector in this emergency phase, for example mitigate the socio-economic effects resulting from the interruption of production activities.
Support for hospitality activities in the Campania region: beneficiaries
The bonuses were arranged according to the categories and types of beneficiary accommodation facilities.
Category hotels and similar structures: 2.000 euros for 1 and 2 star classification hotels and motels. 4.000 euros for 3-star structures, 7.000 euros for 4-star, 5-star and 5-star luxury structures.
Category of camping areas and areas equipped for campers and caravans: 2.000 euros for 1 and 2 stars, 3.000 euros for 3 stars and 5.000 euros for 4 stars.
Category of holiday accommodation and other short-stay accommodation: 2.000 euros for guest houses, houses and apartments in business form, hostels, religious houses, mountain refuges and rural residences.
They were also arranged 2.000 € for travel agencies, tour operators and other booking services such as guides and tour leaders, for beaches and seaside facilities.
The contribution is paid on the basis of a specific request presented by the legal representative of the company on the dedicated platform.
The contributions are not compatible with those already granted in application of the DGR n. 172/2020.
With a provision of the General Directorate for cultural policies and tourism, the Notice in which they are specified is approved details, requirements and methods of submitting applications which will be acquired through a computerized process.
Le allocated financial resources are equal to 23.867.000.000 euros.
