My name is Paola, I'm 32 years old and I live in Puglia. I am an influencer and content creator on my Instagram account.
How did your business start?
It was born a bit for fun, but obviously, at the base there was a great desire to grow.
What do travelers like today?
Definitely travel safely. Then I like to find new things and places that are different from the usual.
What advice do you give to hoteliers?
No specific advice. Just to understand that ours is a job in which we spend time and effort creating valid content.
Strategies for hoteliers to attract a greater number of customers or improve their visibility through an influencer
Using social media and influencers is the first step to gain visibility. I highly recommend using this method.
In your experience, on what criteria do travelers choose an accommodation facility?
I personally pay a lot of attention to education. I would never recommend a facility, even if beautiful, but with rude staff.
