The incentives are reserved for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regularly registered in the Business Register , active and in compliance with the payment of the annual fee and the DURC.
Specifically, the measure is aimed at:
Small and family-run hotels (ATECO code 55.10);
Entrepreneurial B&Bs with VAT numbers;
CAV (Holiday homes and apartments) and residences managed as businesses.

The eligible investment plan covers both advanced digital technologies and specialized consulting and training services for staff.
Among the most requested expenses in the non-hotel and hotel sector are:
Hospitality software: PMS, Channel Manager and e-commerce platforms with integrated direct Booking Engine.
Artificial Intelligence and Automation: Chatbots for customer service, dynamic pricing, and self-check-in automation.
Energy efficiency and green transition: IoT solutions and sensors for intelligent management of electricity consumption.
Consulting and training: Digital marketing services, IT audits, and courses on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies.

Completing the digital assessment: Take the free SELFI 4.0 test directly on the Punti Impresa Digitale platform.
Document preparation: Prepare digital signatures, SPID/CNS, and detailed supplier estimates.
Submitting your application: Submit your application via the ReStart InfoCamere online platform (or the portal indicated in the relevant announcement) as soon as the office in your province opens.
Given the rolling nature of the calls for proposals, funds are allocated until the allocated resources are exhausted.
